Processing Time:

- Cairo, Giza and Other Governorates: 5–7 working days from the pickup date 

Pickup:
Your item will be collected within 72 hours of submitting your return or exchange request.

Condition:
If the product is returned in any condition other than its original state, it will be sent back to you.

Delivery Fees:
Delivery and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount and are non-refundable.

 Refund Options

1- We will process your refund using the same payment method you used to place your order.
2- The refund will be processed within 7 working days from the pick up date 

Exchange Policy

            You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Cairo & Giza: 1:3 working days from the pickup date.
• Other Governorates: 3:5 working days from the pickup date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
